Place Your Order
Complete your order by adding your personalised details. Once your order is confirmed, we'll begin preparing your artwork.

Receive Your Design Preview
We'll email your personalised design preview together with your estimated dispatch date and estimated delivery date. Please review everything carefully before production begins.

Need to Make Changes?
Need to update a name, photo or design? Simply contact us within 2 days of placing your order at support@dearandnest.co.uk, and we'll do our very best to help before production starts.

We Carefully Create Your Keepsake
Every keepsake is individually personalised, quality checked and thoughtfully packaged.
Production time: 3–5 working days.

On Its Way Home
Once your keepsake has been dispatched, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days after dispatch.
