All of our products are made to order and personalised according to the information you provide.
Please ensure that all names, dates, messages, photographs and other personalisation details are accurate before completing your order.
Dear & Nest is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Product Images
We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.
However, some product images use lighting, shadows or other visual effects to better showcase the personalised design.
Unless otherwise stated, artwork is professionally printed on a flat (2D) surface. Any apparent depth, embossing or 3D effects shown in product images are for illustration purposes only and do not represent raised, engraved or sculpted details
Minor differences in colour, size or positioning may occur due to printing processes and individual screen settings.
Pricing
All prices on our website are displayed in Pound Sterling (£).
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price charged will always be the price shown at the time your order is placed.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
After production has started, personalised orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended once production has begun.
Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide only.
While we work hard to deliver orders on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delivery services are provided by third-party courier partners.
Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.
