Looking After Your Keepsake
Care & Use
Every Dear & Nest keepsake is thoughtfully made to be treasured for years to come. A little care will help keep it looking its very best.
Acrylic Keepsakes
Remember to remove the protective film from both sides before displaying your keepsake. The film protects the surface during production and shipping. Once removed, your acrylic keepsake will reveal its crystal-clear finish.
Wooden Keepsakes
Each wooden keepsake showcases its own natural wood grain, making every piece beautifully unique. To help preserve its appearance, display indoors and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or direct sunlight.
Stainless Steel Keepsakes
To keep your keepsake looking its best, avoid heavy knocks and repeated scratches, as these may gradually affect the printed coating over time.
LED Candles
Our LED Candles are made from durable plastic and require 3 × AAA batteries (not included).
Switch off when not in use to help preserve battery life. Keep away from excessive heat and moisture. Designed for indoor decorative use only.
LED Night Lights & Illuminated Frames
Use the supplied USB cable to power your keepsake. Connect using a standard USB power source and disconnect the USB cable before cleaning.
For indoor use only.
Keep away from excessive moisture and avoid placing heavy objects on the acrylic panel.
Car Accessories
(Car Hanging Ornament & Car Sun Visor Clip)
Designed to add a personal touch to your journeys.
Ensure your keepsake is securely attached before driving. Car hanging ornaments should hang freely without obstructing the driver's view. Car visor clips should be securely fitted before use.
Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat where possible, and remove the product before using harsh interior cleaning products.
Silicone Products
(Phone Cases & Bracelets)
Clean gently using a soft damp cloth.
Avoid prolonged contact with oils, solvents or sharp objects to help maintain the printed design.
Slate Keepsakes
Slate is a natural material, so each piece has its own unique texture and naturally chipped edges.
Handle with care and avoid dropping onto hard surfaces.
